9 weeks ago, I started on a journey, a journey to not stuff my face with junk food every day and lose some weight. Like all worthwhile journeys, it had its difficult moments, like when I found out alcohol had a lot of calories and I'd have to cut down on that too. But after weighing myself for the last three days just to make sure, the journey is now over. I have lost 21 freaking pounds. I'd like to thank myself most of all with a special mention to Costco while still maintaining all the attention on myself.

And now to turk and kill whatever good feelings I have from this.
