Look him up for research then time how long one row takes and multiply by total rows then divide 15 by that number then multiply back by 60 (then 60 again if it took seconds) and see if it's a good wage

i just use one gmail account and i have certain things from other gmail accounts forwarded to that central gmail. Makes syncing across all my devices easier

no but at my last job before current one I used an IMAP acct with Outlook and outlook.office365.com, were you trying to use Gmail in it?
