You're lucky there's a double standard between women and men re: grey hair (unless it's the trendy expensive dyed kind). I've never heard a woman complain about grey hair on a man ever.

I love gray/silver hair most of the time. what sucks is the wiry kind like I get that that makes you look like a scrubbing pad

That's where the double standard for women comes in, I think. Longer grey hair tends to get thick and crusty and dead and kinky and unruly, men or women. It's harder to keep long grey hair soft and flat. Since women tend to have longer hair, they deal with that more. But, it's kind of a self-imposed double standard because I know a bunch of women with short grey hair, that have very pretty soft hair. Then I know a few dude with long gross grey brillo hair. I have seen them get complaints about grey hair.

i dont want grey hair yet though. in my mind i was going to get a little grey in my late 30s

and again this is just a few hairs but i went googling on Sat night and all the articles I read the guys said “it starts out with a few hairs...”. and then i shut my phone off and went to bed to stop what i was feeling

It's an evolving thing. Some months, it will be patchy grey, then it will even out.

Just hoping I'll have enough hair on my head to turn gray when I get older. Still have plenty now, but I can tell where it's thinned out. Not as much on my head as there was 8-10 years ago.

There's usually a folder that says sent, where depends on which email provider you use, but it'll probably be in the same column/row that has inbox, trash, spam, whatnot
