Make sure you're actually registered on their overall site, since that's what activates it. When I did mine, I had to do that before the VISA gift card showed up under "Account>Payment Methods".

Oh, and it can take a bit for the gift card to actually show up, so it could be that you just need to wait a little, too.

what I didn't realize was that the credit wasn't automatic.
they appear to be manually entering it in, which makes sense so they don't lose money to people scamming them
so now my order of hilarious animal boxer briefs are getting shipped to me for free
