To add I get a bit defensive when I feel like I'm being accused of doing nothing and that gets followed with "I'm not trying to accuse you of not doing anything"

Even after 4 years people who don't turk don't understand exactly how this whole thing works.

Yeah, I am thinking about loaning myself enough money from my investment account to kickstart my jewelry business after only doing a handful of shows since my 2 year old was born. I have a feeling that life would be less stressful if I just found shows to do every other weekend and not rely on Turk. It's starting to feel pretty grim here.

It might feel a little less soul-crushing too. Probably a tad easier since your kid is getting older too (my 2nd is almost 2 now as well). I think over the rest of the summer I'm going to focus on reducing expenses, since my husband and I tend to overspend on junk (hello Prime day) and food, and I'd like to be more flexible with where we live (eventually downsizing to a smaller house in a better area).
