Rejected because I am not a Penn state student; never once stated at beginning of study or anywhere inside that it was a requirement of the study.

Yeah same. I sent them an amicable email explaining that I had no way of knowing when I took it, and that a lot of academic requesters post surveys mentioning specific colleges but that are still open to the public. I outlined all the different ways they can fix it. Like.. you know.. putting in the title or instructions that it's only for Penn students. Or a quick test, or handing out quals only to their student pool, or.. literally ANYTHING. Haven't heard back yet, but I won't hold my breath on getting this one reversed.
