When did the Wall Streets start with the 4 second timer between each prediction? I do NOT remember this on last weeks Wall Streets?????????

they seem to come and go. I try for the same one every day and usually it's okay - but about 40% of the time there is a timer.

Things change a lot in a short time here. One day Wallstreet is your best friend, always willing to throw 80 cents your way, and the next they're hanging out with a bad crowd who tell them to take their time, 4 seconds at a time, and you barely recognize them anymore.
