Thanks! Maybe if its tasty then I will be able to make the switch to veggie burgers. Next month my goal is going to be to learn to make pizza from stratch. But that sounds good too.

I've been veg for a long time and there are some duds out there. I'm not a fan of ones that try to taste like meat aka Boca but do try a few. Good luck on your new food adventures!
