It has not changed at all. At least in my experience. Still as confusing and annoying as it ever was.

Rice porridge is a great breakfast (or lunch, or dinner) -- you can stretch 1 cup of rice, a couple eggs, and one or two pieces of chicken (or bones) into 8-ish servings. This version uses a whole chicken but you can use whatever you have and it'll be good.

Seriously one of my favorite meals ever. When I'm being fancy I make some cornbread to go with it and I almost always pile tons of kimchi on top.
