Me: There is an issue on your end. I can load anything with zero delays/buffering when connected to my T-Mobile hotspot. When I am connected through my service from you, those same websites barely load.
Frontier Rep: Please try the speed test tool on our website to see what speeds you are getting.
Me: I've already completed two speed tests through speedtest.net.
Frontier Rep: Our speed test took does not go through that website.
Me: Speedtest.net...run by Ookla. Frontier's Speed test run by...OOKLA. Damn idiots.
Me: Your tool is run by the same company that run's the speedtest.net website. The numbers on both sites are also very similar.
Frontier Rep: Uh, well, there is no issue on our end.
Me: -hangs up-
Ever since Frontier took over the FiOS service in Tampa from Verizon, it has gone to shit.
