I got someone a few minutes ago. She asked me for MY UCID number. I had explain to her that I don't have a UCID number and then had to give her my worker ID. Took a minute or two longer than it usually does

i think you were supposed to give them the UCID from the first call. I havn't gotten through yet so that is just my guess.

I called the on after I couldn't get through the first time on the first one. It still takes you to the Sprint operator and they do not know what a UCID is.
