My husband hates zucchinis and will not eat the zoodles I make for him no matter how healthy I say they are.

Lol, my guy actually likes squash and zucchini. Our biggest issue when I began doing the cooking on a day to day basis was mayonnaise. I really had to school him on this. He wouldn't eat it at all until I started making it from scratch. It's kind of exhausting to do that all the time, and to be perfectly honest I think his reluctance was just inexperience. Whatever, If I want potato salad or cole slaw or anything like that, the mayo has to be homeade, or he will not eat it.

I know this makes me a freak of nature but I dislike mayo. The texture squicks me out so much. I don't like yogurt either unless it's that Siggi's stuff that is strained.

I agree. I don't like mayo or yogurt either. I force myself to eat it sometimes just for the bacteria.
