I can't even log in because of the damn log-in captchas. they aren't accepting the correct answers.

It might not be the captcha. A lot of people have run into log in bugs lately. It happened to me a few times a while back and I didn't have a captcha. The text in the fields seemed to not be submitting properly for whatever reason. I was able to log in by using a different browser or private (incognito) window.
