I didn't have that issue, but I had another issue when I first started it. Virus protection took over the page and had to restart the task.. good thing it was towards the beginning of the HIT.

There seems to be 2 sets of these apparently according to TurkerView. I picked 1 up about 20 minutes ago from 3LUMOMQJC0I5SUUTT7DVAMVPO2NPLB .
