Rejection reports are stating that people missed questions. I tripled-checked that I didn't miss any bubbles. So while mine is pending, I'm not too worried.

I do think it really sucks that the survey was formatted in such a way that someone could submit it without filling in a bubble for each question. For such a long survey, requesters really should have the survey inform the survey taker that they're missing answers and won't let them submit, like Qualtrics does.
