Well I love PA! Don't you let that Noah get you down. Y'all have some nice mountains, and the Pennsylvania Wilds is both the most terrifying place to be if you're low on gas, and also insanely beautiful. <3

Can only do one of those out of the 8.

(edit) The instructions mention a phase 3 after 24 hours, but I think that is wrong. The HIT timer is 2 hours and the final test is in phase 2. There is also a message that the task is complete after doing phase 2 and no message to wait 24 hours.
