As a kid you don't notice it but as you get older why was the black ranger black the Asian ranger yellow and the valley girl pink. The old days when racial stereotyping was fine by television standards.

Yeah, it sucks when you go back and watch all your favorite old childhood movies/tv shows and realize how awfully racist they were. Or just how bad they were in general. The only thing that's ever stayed good for me were the original Star Wars movies. And even those.. I mean you can't tell me that Lando is the only black dude in that entire universe. -__- And that one suspiciously hispanic-esque alien with the big head that the rebels have got. That's why I really like what Disney is doing with the new ones.
