Now it won't let me submit. Submit just errors out and if I refresh the page it reloads there HIT from the beginning. Ugh.

If no one paired with you as quickly as you like, you can return the HIT. However, if you return a HIT the current server blocks you until someone else accepts the same HIT. Meanwhile, you can accept new HITs from the other available batches.

I would just keep trying. i got that same message on a batch 4 hit about 20min ago, and now i can work on them again.
