I guess it would depend if they check for preexisting problems before the plan starts or not. And if you have a history of cavities.

TLDR buy an Oral-B Pro 1000 or higher.

Got the Sonicare 2 series a month or two ago, when it was on sale. I've only used it a couple of times. It feels like my gums are vibrating for a couple minutes after using it. Went back to manual.

Also, thanks for all the advice. I'm gonna call a dentist someone locally recommended. See what they can do for me, payment wise.

I've heard horror stories but thats mostly reddit. Had decent dental insurance for 8 years and did not use it once. Wish i did but I'm terrified. Ironically I just ask for a numbing shot whenever they have to pull a tooth. They always tell me I need a root canal which is so expensive i say nope just yank it out if its a back tooth. 300 bucks instead of 6k plus.
