They're called customer something or other, I dont' remember the f ull name but they do come up if you search for customer.

Ouch That sucks. Did he give a reason?

Only quick fix would be if Alex decided to reverse the rejection, you could try contacting them but if they were "valid" rejections you might just have to grind your way back up

Unfortunately, no. Moving forward I would run the script that tells you how many rejections your approval rating can safely handle and stay within that range. The only 'fix' you have now is to throw yourself at the mercy of the requester: ask him if you misunderstood the directions, ask if you can make up the 590 rejections for free, ask for clarification, etc.

Step 1. Watch for qualification HITs so you can get qualified to do projects where the requesters use only people who have their qualification.
Step 2. Repeat Step 1.

Also this is why you should never do more than puts you under 98% (this is to everyone, not anyone in particular)
