I always want to ask requesters that post work for no pay what it is, exactly, that they think we are doing here and what kind of people they think we are.

Back in the day some weird people would be like "lol i'm a stay at home mom who does this because i'm bored", and I think those people caused ammunition for the people that put up unpaid work.

At this point, in an age of two turkopticons and an organized labor resurgence in general, even among freelancers, it's hilarious.
