Several of us discussed this HIT earlier this week. The HIT asked several demo questions, then after 5 min, booted you to a screen with a completion code. It seemed a bit quick. Some of us returned it, some of us submitted with code, and wrote requester.
At the time of the HIT, their T.O. was greens. Now:

Since July 29, 2016, FOURTEEN new T.O. ratings, all rejects on this HIT. Me too. The reason the requester offered:
"The worker was not eligible for the study and was mistakenly given a participation code through a glitch in the survey system. However, because the worker did not complete the actual study, we must reject the hit. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and inconvenience."
The requester takes responsibility for the mistake, yet still rejected over a dozen of us due to mistaken HIT design. She also wrote me prior to the rejection, saying that my ratings would not be negatively impacted in any way, and that she would make it work.
Some of may have been right to return it. I'm sharing what happened with me. And after getting another rejection reversed with an unfair college requester in the past month...{which was exhausting), I may just shrug and let this one go. (I only have 6 now, out of 31K HITs)

i've seen this happen too many times (intended unpaid screener that gave a code) and this is why i returned the HIT.. too risky to submit

They were .15 HITs but when you reach 100 he then gives you a retroactive .10 bonus for each hit.
He uses this bonus structure on about half of his batches.
