Honestly, Bobby's World was pretty awesome. You guys must have had parents that loved you and spent time with you or cared about your brain not turning into mush because I was practically raised by that glowing screen of cleverly targeted advertisements.

Nah, my parents were pretty big on tv. But aside from some of the Disney movies, I never really had the patience to sit through cartoons. I don't know why.

I mean, P&P was edgy af. Then you had Rocko's modern life and ren & stimpy -- 90s Nick was no joke

by the time rocko's modern life came along, I was over it all.

This was the first time, in a great many times in my life, that I felt as though everybody was trying too hard.

early ren and stimpy was ok, but they started stretching their limits pretty soon. pete and pete shorts were usually good... but they were SO repetitive. you can't do that on television got pretty old, pretty fast. doug was high on the list, but after a few years it was time to call it quits. rugrats was ok, but i still preferred muppet babies at that point. and they started doing sucky game shows like nick arcade, and the other one about the easter island statue guy. no thanks, i'll keep carmen sandiego thank you.
