So I got some super discounted meat at the local butcher. The label was kinda messed up, but I was pretty sure it said 'beef tips'. It was super cheap, money is tight right now, so hell yeah I'mma buy it. Well, my friend just informed me it's actually beef tripe....basically stomach/intestines. Fuck.

TL;DR: don't buy meat unless you're 100% sure what it is

I have never had tripe before and I really don't eat beef much in general but maybe it would be good like this?
