I did the same thing with this hit. I emailed the requester right away and they promptly sent me the survey link. I know others recommended you do the same thing, just wanted to let you know it actually works!

Yep I was able to get the link and the requester said that there shouldn't be a problem as long as the survey was completed, and was happy that I notified them. Thanks to everyone here who replied and helped me with this!
