My panda refuses to catch this
I had it on panda every day for 2+ weeks. It happened to come up on HF and I happened to click it quickly. That's how I caught it, not even with PC. It's mostly about getting lucky. But the good news is that more people do it every time it's posted, which means that your chances of catching it, go up.
Are you using search mode. IIRC, the panda changes everyday
