I just increased the timer to 10 minutes, so hopefully that should be enough time.

And if after 5 minutes or so of searching you can't find any info at all, then you can write "None" next to all fields that apply.

I mean, I'm going to take her at her word and just go to the bottom of the second page. Not sure how long it takes for timer changes to take effect, but she seems to not want to reject, so I'm a little more comfortable doing them now.
