It happens sometimes. Unfortunately, MTurk doesn't provide us with the ability to refund payments.

On the FB page it's been going around. Refunding them can ONLY be done via ways that violate TOS/infringe on your privacy.
I'm not sure what they gain by continuing to do it, but it's their damn fault, imo- I wouldn't even acknowledge them.
