When I ride my bike to the store like I did tonight, he shakes his head about the fact that my boyfriend lets me out into dangerous situations. That's subjective, but Byron is a gentleman, unless you're a crackhead, and then he's your dealer. The night that Dylan Roof shot all of those beautiful people at the AME church, Byron was waiting outside of my job to tell me that it was probably a good night to find an alternate rout home, and then he rode with me the whole way. Don't worry about the link, Byron likes to get hits. We hit up a Chinese restaurant every once in a while, and I let him use my laptop.

When we lived in Virginia, I was heading upstairs to bed when my husband fucking pushed me into the corner and instructed that I stay there without turning around. He had to catch this and knew I would never sleep if I had seen it scuttling across the carpet (he caught it and saved it so the oldest could see, then they released it outside the next day.

Charleston is the most beautiful place I've ever lived, and folks are friendly. Given the chance, you should move here. I would't say that to just anyone, because we like to keep the population small during the non tourist season. It's kind of our best kept secret actually. Beginning in November we are a small town, we know one another. That lasts until April, then we get annoyed at all the pedestrians who think this is Disneyland.
