Well, I sent him my survey code via the Amazon Contact Requester system so I don't have a copy of it anymore.

This whole thing was just annoying. Seemed like they knew the survey was longer than the HIT timer and could have all been solved by making the HIT timer longer. Then they say to email if you don't get the HIT to submit, don't reply back to the email and just put up a comp HIT. A lot of people who did complete the survey probably didn't save the code. Seems like they wanted a lot of free responses that they didn't want to pay for.
