Good day today. Went to doctor and got some good-ish news. My bp went from 150s to 118/74. I've had a rough couple of weeks, so I needed something positive. ❤
Did have to get a tetanus shot because it's been uhhhhhhhh 20+ years. That wasn't entirely fun.
