Heck yes! I also have a bug up my butt about waste, and if we non richies don't go buy the day old tomatoes, they'll get tossed (I'm sure into compost but still)Penny saved is a penny earned.
Don't you talk to me about budget shelf herb, man... is that what you're talking about? Is that a THING? Ugh.No, I didn't mean it to be mean. I was talking about a different kind of crop, however.

That's interesting about not wanting copy/paste at all, and honestly makes no sense to me. Per the consent form, the purpose is to re-word the reviews to teach Siri, Alexa, etc. Which in my mind means copy and paste the review, changing to the second person, and removing personal mentions. I didn't see this as a HIT that required creative interpretation at all. I haven't had any rejections yet with this approach, but that could just be dumb luck. This sounds like a surefire method to encourage cherry-picking, and also to discourage those who come to a batch late, where the only available hits are long af. Pay for these ranged from good to piss-poor, and that's with copying and pasting all of them. (2/52 rejected.)
edit: Here's belated feedback on one of my rejections, which has nothing to do with copy/paste and rather concerns a question of style not entirely clarified by the examples:
I was actually surprised I was getting it right so oftenGreetings from Amazon Mechanical Turk,
You've received a bonus from Mike Le Pelley for work related to ---------.
The value of your bonus is: $4.00 USD
The Requester included this note:
Bonus for completing second session of HIT 'Detecting targets in streams of images'. We have recorded the number of points that you earned during the task; the additional bonuses of $3 will be awarded to people who scored in the top half of participants (in around one week, when all participants have finished the experiment). Thanks again for taking part, we appreciate it - Mike Le Pelley
Thanks for being a Worker on Mechanical Turk!
This didn't work for me either.Working for you? Seems to be like a 404 error for me.
Mine eventually did. I think their server has intermittent issues. This didn't work for me either.
I'm late here but this Rose really gets on my nerves. I got ZERO feedback from her and am just still so annoyed about the whole situation w her batchesThis sounds like a surefire method to encourage cherry-picking, and also to discourage those who come to a batch late, where the only available hits are long af. Somehow this reminded me of Moonraker, which I saw in the theater as a child and quite liked (?!):Another random thought...
Fighting over a raygun in zero G conditions would be very anticlimactic, and would just look silly. Like an awkward hug between 2 people who want to kill each other.
Welcome to my brain at 3am.
This random thought brought to you by "Star Cops". Worst show that I couldn't stop watching.
