Not a computer person but I bet you could get something better for that price or cheaper if you're just looking for something for turking.

For just turking you can get a thing for probably $200, you're not wrong. For better, it depends if he needs the all-in-one for space reasons or not, and doesn't want a laptop. It is a thing either way.

just a little input, not sure if anyone remembers me asking about all in ones about a year or so ago.
I used to use a pretty beast MSI gaming all in one (mobo fried though :I)

the all in ones use mobile gaming chips. for the same price you could get a desktop computer w/ tower with much better specs
