That was so weird. I kept listening wondering if this was part of some new Pindrop format, like it was a test call to a vendor. After 2 minutes I realized it was really asking me to enter my social security code. When I dialed the EXACT SAME NUMBER back (I checked 3 times it was the same) it went to Pindrop.

are you talking about the initial code? When I was doing it, I stupidly put in the phone number and not the pin code they gave us and was wondering why it wouldn't work. u sure you're not doin the same thing?
