First I emailed from direct. Didn't get a response. So I submitted ID, and then sent another email stating what I did as well as the email I put in the beginning.

Did the same as you. Looked further into TO and there was an issue from before dealing with the same thing. They asked for ID/more info and they approved.

We all should be fine.

only issue is now the hit is restarted to call 1 >.<

I'd done 3 calls and then lost the frame. In email, I said, "Ok, it starts over with the personal info box.--- reenter and I'll go right to #4 or reenter verification codes 1, 2, 3 ???" Aaron replied, "
"You should go straight to number four but it may still say 1/5. You should only have to do two more calls.

I did my last 2 calls, and was stuck at 3/5. I emailed Aaron again, He said "Try code 4999." And it WORKED!
