I switched to chrome canary for turking. that worked. also you can open an incognito window. go to any site on it. then close it. that improves speed temporarily for me for some reason.

This has been driving me nuts for weeks now. But I have noticed that after about an hour or so they stop loading painfully slowly.

Still. That first hour SUCKS.
