They could start with acknowledging (to all of us) they messed up and don't push it off on us.
From what I can tell, they're new and don't really get how stuff works. I just sent an email back to them, and I mentioned blocks and why they can be such a negative thing for workers, so hopefully they reverse them for those of you who got them. I also suggested ways I thought their HITS could be improved, such an individual batches per category, or at the very least bold black or red letters outside of the instructions signifying that the categories within could change.
I also directed them to this forum if they're interested in getting additional feedback/suggestions. They seem really interested in improving, so hopefully something good comes of this.
