depends what the task is. If it is image categorization, you can usually do that in about 5-10 secs max.

it would be heavenly for me to work as I can feast on people's leftovers.

I found the task. Not sure you could do a good job on that in 40 secs without randomly clicking which violates the turker code, IMHO.
