I return the kind of hits...if I feel it is taking too much time I just give them back. You are right though, just because we are sitting behind a keyboard at home does not make us less valuable. My full time job has been and now will be for the foreseeable future a work from at a keyboard job....I would not expect a reduction in pay....so, yeah...Turk should pay well hourly if they value GOOD and VALUABLE input.
