that sucks, if you are looking to switch banks and have a military connection, you may want to look into Navy Federal Credit Union. Somethng happened similar last Christmas holiday and they were on top of it before I can even noticed it.

Ugh that stinks. I had someone use my Cap One card at a Walmart in San Francisco a few months ago. Luckily, they spotted it right away and credited it back to me within a couple of days - but scary since it was a fairly new chip card. I hope you get it squared away quickly.
