How do you know if youre being throttled?

If you're PandA-ing HITs it would be hard to tell, you would just catch less. But if you're working directly on a batch with "Automatically Accept the Next HIT", and you keep getting 'kicked out' with the No More HITs Available to You box, that's getting 'throttled'

if you're working from the batch instead of the queue you'll know cause you keep getting kicked out of it even though there's a bunch of hits still up
also if you're getting lots of PRE's i think
