i'm getting this when trying to do C-SAT one: "Sorry, you are not authorized.". Someone is facing this, or i'm getting this because i've got banned - got no reason for this?

I got the same message.
I did a brief search on google and apparently it's an expired hit which is causing the glitch.

Yea they have had this problem recently where one broken HIT will just keep floating around until it expires.
Really annoying.

I can't look at the HIT but I would try Spacebar and if that doesn't work then see if you can tab the focus to the submit button inside the HIT and then hit Enter.

You could also get more complicated and have your mouse click in the x, y spot where the submit is on your screen

Or you can go to javascript/jquery and have it click the element of the submit button using enter, but then your ahk becomes bad because then you'd just be writing a userscript
