The unwritten rule has always been "if it paid out today yes, future bonuses no".

Depends on how shitty the day is. If it's hard to even scrape up $5 PE, I count all bonuses towards my goal. If I think I can reasonably make my goal without driving myself crazy, then I keep grinding.

I don't really count hits that part of the pay structure is paid in bonus. Like i'm doing a penny hit that like 45 minutes right now. If I don't count that as part of my what I did for the day it doesn't work for me.
I kinda changed the way I think about it when I did a bunch of QA test hits.
Like ive gotten bonuses this summer for doing a certain amount of hits for a guy. That is a bonus to me. The rest is just a different way that I get paid I guess.
