WF also has wine that's under $5 and doesn't make you look like a hobo, though, which I feel like makes up for the asparagus water... a bit.

I'm just picking on the asparagus water for fun. I really like Whole Foods quite a bit. They are great about carrying an enormous variety of local beers/wines for good prices, and I love their cakes & deserts section.

That's true! The bakery is pretty legit. We have one across the street from us but we don't shop there much because it very quickly becomes whole paycheck.

My mom gets a needle in her eye every few months for Macular Degeneration. I go with her. It's amazing.

Asparagus Watergate was a wild time for me in 2015. I had just transferred to a new region and a new store. We were going through a lot as a company that summer, and to make things even better for us, some idiot in New York thought it would be funny to make fun of our new infused waters. We had fruit and veggie infused waters we were selling for 1 to 2 bucks. This guy thought it would be funny to throw a bunch of asparagus in water, create a tag for it and put it on the shelves in his store. I remember seeing it and thinking "well, this job was fun...."

I just spent 3 days trying to get my contacts in. Poking and prodding my eyeball. Finally found success but looks like I’ve got pink eye! I got them suckers in though!

No, neither do our Trader Joe's or Chipotle's, though I know they carry alcohol in other states. I think our Shop Rite only just started carrying booze in the last ten years. NJ is a weird state.
