Serious question: I have no desire to get a real life job for the forseeable future. I'm 27. If I meet a woman in the next 3 years... who actually has a stable, nice career... and I'm still primarily working on mTurk... like what do I even say to that? What do I say I even do? I could just say "I work on mTurk", but that's not fancy or whatnot. I'm at the age where women are looking for stability (27-35) and is working on mTurk everyday stability for the future?

I'm 34 and both my girlfriend and I work fulltime from home. If you meet a person who isn't cool with that, then they can fuck off.

If you're ultimately stable then, sure. There is no set date to go and look for someone. My dad was married five times before he married my mom 26 years ago. I'm sure if he was alive today he would say that that means he had 5 heartbreaks.
