That moment when you realize the contractors who got your house ready for sale (it was a foreclosure) just before you bought it used cheap, water based paint on your cabinets.

Looks like I have some painting to do in my future. Yay. Not. But it's only the top boards, so now I have to come up with a contrasting color as I will NEVER match the white of the rest of the cupboards.

(And now I have to turk more to afford the darn paint.)

Not to get in on Liz's business, so when she runs out, I have a freezer full of soups I'll sell cheap so I can afford paint! lol.

20 years ago, I wanted to open a restaurant in new york. soup and grilled cheese only.
open only from 10am to 3pm.

only two soups per day. only grilled cheese, grilled ham and cheese, or grilled cheese and tomato.

no exceptions. period.


..then I saw the soup nazi episode of seinfeld and gave up, because everyone will just think I'm trying to be that guy, when the reality is that I wanted to have short, exclusive hours
