So, I posted my first survey on MTurk yesterday. I kept it cheap and only did 9 hits. It was a simple six question survey and the questions stated that if you answered a specific way, the hit would be rejected. I stated that RIGHT NEXT to the answer they would have to select to be rejected. It even stated to return the hit.

After all 9 were done, two had still selected the options that would have rejected them. I'm really wondering what the hell was wrong with those people...

I didn't reject them because I have been there, but really. It states RIGHT THERE that I would reject you...

So... 7 out of 9 got it right. I just can't believe that was the quality of work MTurk provided.

So @YAHU got away unscathed again....
