I've got two roosters and three hens that greet me every morning when I go outside for my first cup of coffee. They suddenly appeared about 3 months ago as a momma and her 4 chicks. Don't know where they came from but I think that they think they are mine. Good thing they eat anything I give them, cause I am so not going to buy chicken feed!

There was an $18 jury survey on Connect. I turned it down because it said it would take almost 2 hours.

There are still some working but more suspensions are being reported. So far, I am still able to work but my payment is scheduled today and wonder if that triggers it. We shall see...

They like stale milk, too. I have a neighbor with 4 leghorns who takes my old milk for her laying hens. Apparently building eggs takes a high protein diet.

and tiny stones, that's why it's good to feed them oyster shells for the eggshell
