I just noticed a block list on the mturk interface. It's probably been there ages but I've not noticed it before so I'm wondering...

1) Any instructions how to use it anywhere (what's the format? is it for requester and/or hits??)
2) If I block requesters / hits from here, will that stop them appearing completely in scripts like Hit Finder, is it a "block at source" kind of solution?
