Okay so I just downloaded and setup turkenator but search is going so fast I can't keep up. It says delay is 5000 ms but it doesn't seem that way. Any ideas?

Could you be comparing it against the Logged HITs pace from HIT Finder/Forker? You'll get that feel from the Search dropdown up top https://gyazo.com/7ec13e2e46fdc7a49f76de09de1a67e5. That has all of the new HITs that have come in for all the Searchers you have running (similar to the logged HITs section).
